Rivington Associates Inc., and more recently, our spin-off company, Rivington Associates Commercial Division Inc. have provided commercial real estate appraisal services to financial institutions, mortgage brokers, lawyers, municipalities, government bodies and private individuals throughout Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. The service area of Rivington Associates Commercial Division Inc. comprises most of Eastern Ontario from Algonquin Park in the north, south to the St. Lawrence River, and east to the Quebec border not including the urban portions of the cities of Ottawa and Kingston.
