Our goal has always been to supply top quality products to the foundry industry and to the other manufacturing sectors we serve.Rapidly growing since startup, we are constantly evolving our processes to stay abreast of the latest technology. This enables us to serve our customers in the most efficient way possible. Extensive knowledge of traditional patternmaking coupled with the latest technologies makes Port Hope Patterns an incredibly versatile shop.We are well known for our excellent polyurethane elastomer tooling and also boast a diverse line of pattern equipment to suit all foundry requirements.Our products include wood, plastic and metal pattern equipment for air set, green sand, ''Vee'' process, shell, lost wax , permanent mould or any other foundry process. Jigs, fixtures and molds for the automotive industry, vacuum and rotational molds for plastic forming are also an integral part of our product line.
