Community Home Support - Lanark County

Community Home Support Lanark County provides support services to seniors and adults with physical diabilities which enables them to reside in their own homes and remain a vital part of their community. We also provide services to persons diagnosed with a life threatening illness and who are dying helping to support a high quality of life.
