Silcotech North America Inc. is part of the Silcotech Group with facilities in Bolton, Ontario, Canada; Stein am Rhein, Switzerland and Madrid, Spain; Guongdong Province, China and Goma Melina, Bulgaria and India. Numerous processes and standards that still apply in today's Liquid Injection Molding environment were developed by Silcotech AG in Switzerland which was founded in 1984. A Spanish facility was founded in 1993 and the North American operation opened its doors for business in May of 1999 (founded in 1998) and China and Bulgaria were founded in 2007 and India in 2008. Silcotech North America Inc. has 22, 500 square feet available to produce the highest precision parts in silicone. Currentliy, we have over 20 injection molding machines including two-shot capabilities and clean room molding. We're ISO 9001-2000 certified. 70-80% of our products are for medical/health care applications, and the balance is for consumer goods and the consumer electronics industry.
