The Annapolis Region Community Arts Council (ARCAC) is a registered not-for-profit charitable, community organization dedicated to encouraging and promoting the arts. ARCAC was founded by a group of artists in 1982 who began meeting in Annapolis Royal to explore ways of sharing their work and ideas with one another and with the community at large.
