Wauklehegan Manor Inc

The Wauklehegan Manor is a facility providing comprehensive long-term residential and community services by professional staff to eligible adults. The Wauklehegan Manor is a 36-bed nursing home located in McAdam, New-Brunswick, Canada. It offers accommodation to 35 permanent residents and 1 Relief Care resident, in 28 single and 4 double rooms. Wauklehegan Manor opened in 1976. We are inspected annually by the Nursing Home Services Branch of the Department of Social Development as part of our license to operate. We are a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. We are a registered charity and rely mostly on donations to purchase a variety of new equipment and room furniture for our residents. To operate our home 24/7, we employ approximately 60 people, making us the largest employer in the community. We are located a mere 45 minutes' drive from Fredericton or 35 minutes from St-Stephen.
