Douglas Baptist Church

The Douglas Baptist Church was a daughter of the older Free Baptist Church of Keswick. It is reported that Sunday School and Sunday services were held in the Douglas Community Hall. Rev. J.E. Reud pastored in Douglas up to 1888. The Baptist yearbook gives the date of organization as 1880.
