Tara WolchukPhysiotherapist and ownerTara graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2006 with her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation ¿ Physiotherapy. From 1998-2006 prior to graduation, Tara worked for a physiotherapy clinic as a receptionist. Since graduation she has been working in private practice but has also done some work in hospital with post-ops and worked in research for two years with lower extremity orthopedic surgeons in Winnipeg. Tara moved to Toronto in 2008 where she managed a very busy physiotherapy clinic and the company was voted one of the 50 best managed companies in 2008. 2009 brought Tara and her husband back to Winnipeg after welcoming their first child. Tara has completed her level II upper extremity manual therapy course, certified in acupuncture, training in Functional Movement Screens (FMS) as well as Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA) and a variety of other orthopedic courses. Since 2010, Tara has been a member on the Ethics committee for the College of Physiotherapists of Manitob,a which helps keep her up to date on what's going on in the physiotherapy community.
