ICS Group Inc. was founded as a private company in 1999 as Innovative Climate Solutions Inc. in Cochrane, Alberta. In 2000, two additional partners joined the team, and ICS expanded its ground thaw services to include portable flame-free heat, cure and dry applications. ICS GROUP INC. moved to Calgary in 2002, expanded in Edmonton in 2003, Fort McMurray in 2004, and Winnipeg in 2009.Success with early construction projects, such the $60,000,000.00, 500,000 square feet Canadian Tire Distribution Centre, Calgary Airport expansion, multiple commercial and multi-family projects, allowed ICS to prove our value and begin building our reputation as specialized experts.
