In 1974, the company was sold to Gregory Carros and Ronald Dick. By the late 1980's, the company had developed a very strong brand name and market presence in Vancouver, with a reputation for professional excellence already well established. The company's modern era began in 1990, under the leadership of Lynn Hsu and a new management team, who were all dedicated to creating a truly integrated real estate organization.
