Situated in central Alberta, the Joint Economic Development Initiative (JEDI) is a regional economic development partnership that was incorporated in 2003 for the purpose of fostering industrial development among its municipal partners the City of Wetaskiwin, Town of Millet, and County of Wetaskiwin. JEDI is known for being a one-stop information hub that provides potential investors, developers, local industry and international site selectors with a wide range of information related to the JEDI region including, but not limited to, inventory of available land, competitive advantages, business support services, demographics and quality of life.
